Background: Trial members of Ancestry.com are sometimes overwhelmed by the content and don’t know where to start. The proposed magazine App provides Ancestry.com members with starter information as well as tricks and tips. Videos and interactive content link to the ancestry.com website.
Impact: Created flow chart for the nurture campaign. The proposed app is the essential tool to keep members inspired and educated about the latest content and features.
